Terms of Service (ToS)
1. Platform Nature: PVP ARENA is an escrow intermediary service for skill-based competitions between players. The platform is not an online casino, does not conduct gambling, and does not provide an opportunity for random winnings.
2. Identification and Faceit: An active Faceit profile linked to your Steam is required to participate. You confirm that the data received via the Faceit API is final and indisputable proof of the match result. The administration does not consider appeals on game results confirmed by Faceit.
3. Cheating and Bans: If the use of third-party software (cheats) is detected or a ban is received from the Faceit anti-cheat during an active match, your bet is declared lost. Funds will be transferred to the opponent or withheld by the platform without the possibility of a refund.
4. Blockchain and USDT: All operations are conducted on the decentralized Polygon network. You are fully responsible for the safety of your private key and the correctness of the wallet address. The platform has no technical ability to cancel a transaction or return funds sent to the smart contract.
5. Technical Risks: We are not responsible for delays in the Polygon network, failures in the Faceit API, Steam, or your ISP. In the event of a technical system failure, the Oracle (server) reserves the right to issue a refund to participants.
6. Territorial Restrictions: By using the service, you confirm that the laws of your country do not prohibit money competitions. Residents of the USA, UK, and countries where cryptocurrencies are prohibited are not allowed to use the service.
7. Intellectual Property: All rights to CS2 belong to Valve Corporation. This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve or Faceit Ltd.
